Kia Unveils Thrilling New Ad During Super Bowl Sunday

During Super Bowl 51, Kia showed off one of the best commercials of the night. Tasked as an environmental and wildlife activist, Melissa McCarthy is trying to make the world a better place. In the commercial, she has to breach a whale, stop a falling tree, and a charging rhinoceros. Thankfully, she’s not alone. Throughout all her adventures, McCarthy is accompanied by the all-new 2017 Niro Crossover.

Kia also made a digital mark by becoming the first advertiser to debut a Super Bowl commercial on Facebook Messenger. During the game Sunday, viewers could interact with the engaging NiroBot for Messenger and have the chance to win MPGs (“Melissa’s Precious Gear”), including more than 40 props and items from the set of the commercial.
